Can you help me locate specific items?
Yes, of course. Just e-mail email@example.com and we will check the stock in our franchise stores. If we don't have it on hand at this moment, we will contact our suppliers to see if we can locate it for you. We will do our best to find it for you.
How will I know when you receive new stock?
That's easy. Just sign up for our stock alerts, we will take your specific details and alert you, when we receive suitable fashion items for you. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and you will be contacted.
How do I know if the brands are authentic?
We try to ensure authenticity of our designer clothes, designer bags and accessories as much as possible by requesting purchase receipts, tags and care bags as well as performing verification checks on the items.
What is your Return Policy?
Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com stating your name and invoice number within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We need to receive the item within a 7 working day period from receipt of your purchase. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for processing. What are your terms and conditions if I want to supply you with fashion clothes?
1.1 Acceptable stock 2nd Take will only accept international labelled 2nd hand clothes, shoes and accessories. These 2nd hand clothes, shoes and accessories have to be in excellent condition and they have to be washed, ironed or dry cleaned, before we accept them. We will take about 8 weeks to take on your items and get them photographed and administered into our system. For this reason, we record your 2nd hand clothes and items on a preliminary stock in receipt. Please check your final invoice, when you receive it from us by e-mail. 1.2 Payment for goods sold Once your 2nd hand clothes, shoes and accessories are sold, we transfer fifty percent of the selling price into your bank account approximately six weeks after the monthly sales period has ended. We will only transfer due monies into your bank account and not give you cash, due to the higher risk of having cash on the premises. Should your 2nd hand clothes, shoes or accessories have been purchased by credit card, you will receive forty seven percent of the selling price. 1.3 Selling Price and Price Reduction 2nd Take reserves the right to decide on the selling price for your 2nd hand clothes. You may give us an indication of the price, but the final price will be made by 2nd Take. You will be sent a supplier invoice advising you of final prices. You then have 48 hours to object and request changes to our pricing in writing. If we don’t hear from you, we assume all is in order and put your stock out for sale. We reserve the right to reduce the selling price of your item by up to thirty percent should we have not been able to sell your item within four weeks. If your item was not sold within eight weeks we reserve the right to discount your item by a further twenty percent. We may move your items between stores for stock rotation purposes. 1.4 Return items 2nd hand clothes, shoes and accessories that are not taken on by 2nd Take or are given back to you, have to be collected within two weeks of us notifying you. Should you fail to collect your items within the two week period, they become the property of 2nd Take and we may use the 2nd hand clothes, shoes and accessories as we wish, for example donating them to a charity of our choice. No further notice will be given. We require two weeks notice, should you want to collect your unsold second-hand clothes and items. Items, for which we have received a sales deposit, can not be returned to you, as we have to honour the offer to purchase by the buyer. 1.5 Administration Fee 2nd Take charges a stock administration fee of twenty Rand per item for items taken on for sale. The total administration fee for all items invoiced will be deducted in full, from the first sales payments due to you. Should you choose to collect your items from 2nd Take, within four months after a supplier invoice was issued to you, we will charge a further stock out administration fee of twenty Rand per item. The items will only be released to you after payment of the full stock in and stock out administration fees. No stock out administration fee will be applicable, if you choose to collect your items after a four months period or if 2nd Take decides to return items back to you. 1.6 Liability for damages and loss of stock 2nd Take can not be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods while they are in 2nd Take's posession. Damages might occur when items are displayed in the store and tried on by customers and loss might occur through theft. You are responsible to keep yourself updated with our Terms and Conditions and to advise us of any change in your contact details. The latest version of our terms is always displayed on our websites and 2nd Take may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
